Did you achieve what you set you out to achieve? What were the unexpected outcomes along the way? Capturing, and understanding, impact is a core part of A Creative Touch’s portfolio. We are commissioned to lead large scale evaluation processes running over several years as well as shorter impact studies. You may want the outcomes in an analytical report format, documents based around case studies or prefer interactive powerpoints or similar presentational formats - we are experienced in delivering a diversity of format.

We seek to ensure the inclusion of the participant voice and adapt approaches to enable this depending on the situation. This can also include designing processes that are integrated into projects to ensure on-going feedback. Gayle has worked with a wide range of participant base, across age ranges and social situations, and is adept at creating processes to ensure the most effective interaction.

"We employed Gayle to evaluate a long term project which involved writers and artists working with the museums sector and a range of communities.

From the outset, Gayle was more than just an evaluator, we felt she had ownership of the project, and wanted it to work in the best way possible. She instinctively understood what we wanted to achieve and with that comes an insight into how to make it work.

We found her to be well organised, professional and straightforward. She can pin point what is working and what isn’t and will find constructive solutions to problems.

You can tell she loves what she does and we would heartily recommend working with her."
